1. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets are established and met​

  • Oversee the full order life-cycle of all dedicated purchases​

  • Track inventory levels, order fulfillment, delivery times, and transport costs​

  • Collect and analyze data to assess vendor and team performance and implement improvements​

  • Identify and recommend vendors who meet service and product needs ​

  • Handle and manage the whole RFQ process and ensure all transactions are handled​

  • Proposing procedures and processes to develop and implement best practices and increase efficiency​

  • Other duties as assigned


2. Qualifications:

  • 3 +  years of relevant experience 
  • Advanced knowledge in ERP system, Microsoft office 
  • Internal/external customer-oriented 
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Result-driven 
  • Excellent knowledge of English
