Responsibilities:

  • Able to apply art direction consistently but innovatively across various design materials
  • Applying design expertise across a broad media spectrum such as print, packaging, apparel, merchandise, digital and video
  • Able to develop design materials following Rimac, Bugatti and Rimac Technology visual identity guidelines
  • Working closely with the design lead to continuously build, evolve and expand the brand identity
  • Strong understanding of generating and manipulating artwork/graphics, iconography and photography
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly creative and conceptual thinking with an out of the box approach to problem-solving
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, project and time management skills
  • Willing to learn on the go and adapt quickly
  • Cooperate with other departments on design solutions 

 

Required skills and competencies:

  • Exceptional design skills showcased in a wide range of projects in various media
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Formally qualified in graphic design
  • Comprehensive understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Advanced experience in layout and content creating
  • Experience in rolling out design materials on a pre-defined style/CI from start to finish a plus.
  • PowerPoint and other MS Office tools knowledge
  • Agency or automotive experience is a plus
  • A can-do attitude, able to self-manage multiple projects
  • Able to work autonomously and to problem solve whilst being a collaborative team player
  • Business fluency in English
