We are looking for engineers who are familiar with the process of developing complex systems from the idea to the finished product.


A hands-on approach and good knowledge of the technological processes involved in the development and production of power electronics and powertrain systems is important.

The ideal candidate has a strong passion for cars, technology and engineering with a background in power electronics and has worked on additional projects within the automotive industry. 


1. Responsibilities

  • Support on the lifecycle management of new power electronics systems - mainly traction inverters
  • Perform detailed studies and analysis of the inverter system (including the mechanical, thermal, electrical, and controls architecture)
  • Definition of the system architecture, features, and requirements, based on the inputs from our interdisciplinary team (software, hardware, controls, etc.)
  • Discuss tradeoffs, perform design reviews and ensure successful integration of the system design
  • Cooperation with suppliers and clients for the development of the project
  • Definition of test plans and results analysis
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of FMEAs and control plans


2. Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in electrical, electronics, or mechatronics engineering
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in systems engineering or similar
  • Experience with product lifecycle management tools (e.g. Jama, Doors)
  • Experience with system design tools (e.g. Enterprise Architect, Magic Draw)
  • Technical career-oriented, focus in automotive engineering
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
  • Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • A team player, who is both flexible and creative in their approach to solving problems


3. Considered as an advantage

  • Experience in communication network development
  • Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink
  • Knowledge of engineering standards for automotive applications
  • Familiarity with ISO 26262, ASPICE, AUTOSAR
  • Previous hands-on experience with HW and SW development
