Responsibilities:
•    providing technical support and product analysis and other patent related aspects of internal product and technology development
•    Assisting internal R&D teams in providing patent landscaping, state-of-the-art searches, support product development and identifying innovative features
•    Performing research and technical analysis to identify prior art patents, publications, and products, providing reports
•    Performing technical and operational analysis of third party technology and products
•    Coordinating patent related matters with external partners
•    Assisting in patent prosecution (e.g. advisory, docketing, consulting)

 

Requirements:
•    University or equivalent Degree in a technical field (electrical, mechanical or IT) and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience
•    Advanced knowledge of job area obtained through advanced education combined with experience
•    Good English skills, both verbal and in written form
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•    Skilled in organization and planning
•    Highly motivated and accountable for assigned tasks
•    Ability to work as part of a team and with remote colleagues/clients
•    Good writing and presentation skills to clearly articulate technical details and analysis
•    Strong logical thinking skills
•    Proactive and consultative approach with strong ability to effectively prioritize multiple competing work requirements

 

Considered as an advantage:
•    Previous technical experience in electrical engineering or other Rimac's technology fields (i.e. battery systems, e-axles, vehicle systems, advanced driving assistance systems, control engineering, IVI, connectivity, UX/UI)
•    Previous experience in the automotive industry
