Tasks:
Regular tasks

 

  • Define NVH Vehicle Targets with NVH Manager for a specific project​

  • Support NVH activities to achieve targets for specific project​

  •  Define the project NVH plan and vehicle needs​

  • Route Cause analysis and countermeasure definition for NVH related issues​

  • Present NVH status to managment meeting​

 

Occasional tasks​

 

  • Support NVH Manager in  Budget definition for NVH activities​

  • Support NVH Manager in definition of NVH procedures​

  • Travel to proving grounds to support NVH activities on vehicles​

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Achieve NVH targets for the vehicle programmes​

  • NVH development plan for the project

  • NVH status for the projects​

  • Cascade Vehicle Targets to System Targets

 

Required skills and competencies:

 

  • Proven Experience in NVH for hybrid and electic vehicles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills​
