We are currently looking for a Manufacturing ERP Specialist to join our Manufacturing Engineering Team.
1. Responsibilities:
Opening new Products (Items) in ERP System
Import Product documentation and all necessary data – BOM, routing, cycle times
Intermediate between departments to complete item setup data
Run product cost calculation
Administration of existing Products (Items)
Import of machines and workcenters in ERP system and maintaining the data
Purchase requisitions entry
Building the internal ERP processes and preparing instructions for the department
Building the key role in supporting the whole department with the ERP knowledge
2. Requirements:
Strong PC application skills (Microsoft Office including Excel and Visio, Outlook, etc.)
3+ years project experience of ERP software implementations
Understand difference between terms like ERP, CRM, MES, SCM, PLM etc.
Business process change knowledge and ERP implementation experience in one or more business functions (Finance/ or Warehousing, Logistics, Procurement/ or Manufacturing, Planning, Quality Assurance/ or Customer Sales Management, Project Order Management)
Solution consulting expertise of one of leading ERP software (SAP, NAV, Infor or similar).
Strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing company
Communication, writing, presentation and interpersonal skills in English is essential
3. Considered as an advantage:
Automotive or components end to end manufacturing processes expertise strongly preferred
Experience in implementation of the EDI method
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team but also self-motivated
Excellent problem solving and analytic skills
Ability to grasp new technology and ERP tools quickl
