1. Responsibilities and work tasks:

  • Development of technological processes for composite parts manufacturing
  • Involvement in composite parts development process - design for manufacturing
  • Manufacturing organization and optimization
  • Technological process development and planning
  • Liaising with internal departments (Engineering, Quality, Production and others) as well as external stakeholders (such as suppliers).
  • Suggest & implement best practice processes & systems for the department and in production to deliver their products
  • Implementing engineering changes and deviations on the manufacturing floor
  • Developing routings for part manufacturing
  • Creating work instructions for manufacturing processes
  • Releasing tools to manufacturing floor
  • Develop, analyze and enhance manufacturing methods to assist production requirements
  • Provide cost assessment of parts, tools and manufacturing process
  • Participating in investment list creation and implementation of equipment
  • Other duties as assigned

 

2. Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of composites manufacturing processes and their limitations
  • Basic Knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks or Catia)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken) is essential
  • Communicative team player
  • Dependable and methodical (strict attention to detail)
  • Creative thinker
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-organized and goal-oriented
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in the relevant field of study
  • At least 3 years of professional experience

 

3. Considered as an advantage:

  • Working experience on lamination floor
  • Experience in the composites industry
  • Experience working with composites manufacturing preparations
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance process, tools and methodologies
  • Understanding of automotive regulations related to the field
