1.Tasks: 

To be an expert in vehicle ergonomics and to ensure Bugatti-Rimac maintains class leading ergonomics in their vehicles. 

Regular tasks​: 

• Leading the Ergonomics team to deliver the required tasks in a timely manner 

• Developing robust standards for Ergonomic requirements in a variety of vehicles  

• Working with and challenging Design and Engineering teams to deliver designs with the required ergonomic attributes 

• Evaluating CAD models and vehicles to ensure adherence to targets​ 

• Developing bucks and other tools to help with the ergonomic development process 

Occasional tasks​: 

• Support with the definition of long term strategies for ergonomic improvement 

• Support of assessment events with senior management​ 

2. Responsibilities:  

• Responsible for delivering state of the art ergonomics to our future vehicles​ 

• Developing the ergonomics team to improve the competency and efficiency of the team​ 

• Competitor benchmarking to understand state of the art​ 

• Understanding and researching new technologies 

• Strategic thinking on how to improve ergomic development 

• Delivery of specification  documents​ 

• Organisation and execution of ergonomic testing​ 

• Problem solving ​ 

• Tracking and Reporting 

3. Required skills and competencies:  

• 10+ years of experience in developing ergonomic attributes for vehicles  

• Strategic thinking and excellent creative skills 

• Strong understanding of legal requirements for ergonomic attributes 

• Wide experience of using CAD (ideally 3DX) to develop ergonomic attributes of vehicles 

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills 

• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills 

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Supervisory and leadership skills
