Regular tasks
Long and short term planning forecast for parts ordering
Definition and development of minimal quantities on stock
Communication with suppliers and gathering of offers for production of the parts/buy components
Lead time defining and tracking, prioritization of the parts for production
Working in software for production operations like ERP (INFOR)
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other teams
Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy
Other duties as assigned

Prepare and submit status and performance reports
Keep paperwork organized
Responsibilities:
Ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
Creating purchase requisitions for buy components
Manage inventory levels
Monthly and quarterly forecast review with suppliers
Report of critical suppliers
Close cooperation with purchasing team and often alignment about quantities in production
Required skills and competencies:
Expert knowledge of MS excel software
Excellent knowledge of English
Strategic thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in MRP (Manufacturing resource planning)
Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
Good at math and statistics
Sound judgement
Proven experinece in demand planning or degree in production planning or relevant field
