1. Responsibilities:​

•    Support the RFQ and PO process​

•    Ensure accurate transactions​

•    Coordinate requirements & delivery with cross-functional colleagues ​

•    Track delivery times and order fulfilment​

•    Collect and analyze data​

•    Support contract delivery with Legal department  ​

•    Other duties as assigned

2. Required skills and competencies:

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s Graduate (ideally Business or STEM)​

•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office ​

•    Proactive attitude, enthusiastic and eager to learn​

•    Availability (Mon-Fri) to work on a 40hour/week ​

•    Excellent skills in written & spoken English
