In the role of Battery Systems Engineer – HV Architecture the candidate will be responsible for the design & development of the HV Architecture and Power Distribution Units (PDU) of high-performance automotive energy storage systems. In the development of the HV Architecture the candidate will monitor functional and non-functional requirements as well as balance performance, safety, cost, and manufacturability. In the team, the candidate will be considered an expert in wire harness design and will support other projects in the design and manufacturing support of wiring systems.
The battery system plays numerous important roles in the vehicle, from providing the initial power needed to start the engines to being the heart of the car. As a crutial component it is a product of our biggest focus and our main product when facing customers and fulfilling their needs. Our understanding of battery technology comes from years of designing, testing and verifying solutions built to meet the most demanding needs.
The Battery Systems Engineering team collaborates closely with other departments and works on perhaps the most exciting automotive projects in existence today. No surprise there, it has become the most appealing and respected role and position in the whole automotive industry.
Our team not only develops the battery packs for our fantastic Rimac HyperCars, but we work and provide numerous global automotive manufacturers with our battery solutions.
