Responsibilities
- Warranty operations with a focus on implementing protocols, policies, and procedures for claims and requests resolution
- Interface between departments on technical investigation and triage activities for warranty claims in series products
- Assess claims on site, demonstrating ability to determine the root cause of technical problems; identifying and implementing comprehensive solutions, and verifying the problems have been resolved
- Support departments in the evaluation of problems/changes.
- Analyze and Follow Problem/change request processing
- Work closely with production, development, quality, and the engineering department on manufacturing issues and improvement areas
- Create instruction materials and support training of department members and customers on technical processes and tools
- Create service management reports
- Support continuous improvement of customer services
- Conduct cost tracking according to defined budget
Requirements
- Sound technological understanding of automotive engineering (a plus if EV products i.e. Lithium-based battery cells)
- Experience with product and process validation
- Proficient in project management methods and tools
- Highly developed people management skills
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English skills
- High problem-solving capabilities
- A high degree of flexibility and commuting among intracompany and client premises
